Perhaps this question might have been posted before. According to their website you need a minimum of 500 hours no multi time. What are the chances of getting actually hired by these minimum times? Or is there a chance at all? And why post such minimums if it is not possible to be hired in the first place?

Almost no chance of getting hired at 500/0. Multi-rated, and around 1000 hours or so right now from what I've heard is competitive. If you work for Airnet as something other than a pilot, you might have a shot down around 500 hours, plus they like to see people re-apply every month or so. If you start at 500, they have some idea you want to work there.

"What are the chances of a guy like me getting with a girl like you?" "Uhh, like one in a million" "So... you're telling me there's a chance! Woo Hoo!" what movie? |

No one...gets hired off the street with 500/0. I've seen 700-800, but none of them came to training until they hit at least 1000 (saves the company an extra checkride). The only people that I've seen get into training at 500TT were already working for the company. Do apply at 500/0 if you would like to work for Airnet when you do hit competative mins. Craig likes to see names he recognizes.
