Default Could someone clarify "training pool" for me

Hi all, just wanted to make sure i understand this correctly. Does this mean that i have a garunteed training slot? If it does, is there anyway or is it possible/common that one would get bumped out of the pool for whatever reason?? Thanks alot

Remember, nothing in this industry is gurenteed. As a poolie you have a much better chance then somebody who isn't in the pool, but it isn't beyond an airline to go and hire from outside a pool. The chances of getting bumped out of the pool aren't that big, so you should be in good shape. Congradulations. Where did you get on?

Yeah I saw that earlier and the time had expired where I couldn't edit it anymore - I know how to spell it, I think my thumb got a little antsy and hit the space bar when it wasn't suppose to . That's what happens when you make a "rapid fire" post .
