I recieved a call today from airnet just asking some general questions. Nothing technical. They did say to get time in a Frasca 142 and how soon I would be available to start but did not an interview. My question " how long before I get a call for interview?" and " Does this mean I will get a cal?". This is a company I have wanted to work for since my initial training. I appreciate any info. Thanks!!

I'd give Craig a call and ask him for an interview.

BFLYING.... May I ask how much time you have? I will be graduating in May and am also considering applying with AirNet. Thanks and best of luck when you get the call. John |

If you show interest there is a good chance they will give you a shot. I called them and wondered why they called my buddy and not me. I am convinced that if I just waited for a call I probably wouldn't be working here. If you show interest your're golden.

give them a couple days to call you back....when I interviewed over the phone with them it took about 2 or 3 days for them to call and ask you to come up for the face to face.

Thanks to all for the advice. I called Craig this morning to thank him for the in phone interview, express my interest and ask if they had any future interviews planned. He said they were done interviewing for 2005, but are setting up interviews for Jan 2006. He took a look at my file and said they were going to call me to set up an interview, but we took care of it while we were on the phone. I will go up to interview the first week on Jan. I am so excited. Now I have 3 weeks to study and get some sim time. I am also going up early to do the sim prep. Thanks again.

Congrats and glad to hear. GET the 142 sim time, and aviationinterviews.com. Period. Those are the interview, as I've told you before. Good luck. Don't crash the sim, like a buddy of mine did. He didn't get hired. TX |

I know I am kind of going off the original post, but what do the airnet people recomend for interview. I have read on aviation interviews they don't like siuts. Great that I spent that 300$. Guess they can burry me in it someday!!! So looking for idea's? I have nice polo's. Black pants and shoes as well as a few nice dress shirts. Any info is great.

I wore a polo and khakis, everyone else wore a dress shirt, no tie, and black pants. I'd probly recommend the black pants and dress shirt, since that seemed to be the norm.
