I had some friends that worked for them a year or so ago and they all seemed to enjoy it. Pay started at 24k but thier was some opportunity to make a little extra by washing your plane and helping out on the non-flying side ofthings in your spare time. They fly Cessna caravans which is a fun airplane. Other than that its a typical 135 freight gig. I haven't heard too many horror stories from them and for the most part my friends all seemed to enjoy it for a time. I'm not sure of the schedule but from what I remember there were overnights but not sure how many.
