Mobile website - failure to update

Browsing the mobile version of the site on my Blackberry 8830, using the BlackBerry Browser, I find that pages are not refreshed after the first time I view any of the pages.

For example:
The first time in the day I view a page, be it the main page, the sub forum pages or actual threads, the new threads that have started since the last time I browsed the site show up properly. When viewing the sub forum pages, it seems to me that if a dated thread has been posted to after the new thread was started, the new thread shows up before the dated thread. The dated thread with the new post also fails to show in bold text to signify a new post in that thread. If I manually refresh the page, only then does it display the most up to date thread list.

When viewing individual threads, it is the same way. After I refresh the sub forum pages and select a thread to read, the new posts in that thread are not displayed. Again, I have to refresh the page to get the newest posts to display. Once that process is done, the yellow "new post" icon on the top right of the post is not displayed.

I view another vBulletin (version 3.8.3) forum with this phone and do not have this problem. Have tried to clear all cookies and cache.

Started acting up again on my 8830, and now it's doing the same thing on my shiny new Tour.
