Default cookie issue??

okkkk.. everytime i log onto the forum I am met with what I left it with.. not the actual forum of the time i log in last.. I have to go in, delete cookies and temp files.. then re-load the browser and try again... then, after a post.. i only see what was loaded when i first opened the site... such as, i post.. but my reply doesnt show to me..

I assume other people have had this issue and its a setting thing??
