| So if I'm trying to search a specific term that has more than one word, usually I'll just put it in quotes when using search engines. That doesn't seem to work here however. How can I do that? |

| Seems like it's the same to me. Some of the threads will contain both words together like I meant it to be but most of them appear because of one of the keywords. You don't have to bother with it. I still get the results I want but I just have to do a little fishing for them amongst the others. |

| Big Chief's Woman | maybe you have to add a + or something like you do with google/yahoo when your performing a search? |

| I've never been able to get a multi-word search to function properly. No matter what I tried I always got "or" results, not "and". I gave up trying. ![]()

| Old Skool | I can't even get it to find CLE in the topic name. Did advance search, changed to titles only, and CLE was entered. I also tried with "CLE" with no luck either. These are the threads I found the old look, look, look method. http://forums.jetcareers.com/showthread.php?t=42690 (XJT New Paint in CLE ??!!) http://forums.jetcareers.com/showthread.php?t=42633 (Flight training for HS student- near CLE?) http://forums.jetcareers.com/showthread.php?t=40113 (Aircraft off runway at CLE) What am I doing wrong??? |
