Searching tips

So before I post, I always try and run a search to see If anything comes up. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, or if there is a better way to do it, but how do you search words that are strung together?

Example.

Lets say I am searching for – Hang over tips

My results will pull up every post with the word “hang” then every post with “over” and “tips” so, a lot of results with no common subject.

I have tried using the “ “ but no avail.

Any ideas? I also looked into the advanced options and could not find anything.

Note: I never searched this, I am just using it as an example.
