Problems with uploading avatars

HELP!

I cannot seem to upload a new avatar. Even when it is the correct size...or even smaller, it will not load.

At first I was getting a "fatal error" message in relation to the size (again, even when the pixels were well within limits), now I simply get "invalid URL")

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you get a 'screen capture' of the error? Or copy/paste it so I have can have a look-see?

I haven't been able to re-produce the error

Sounds like a clear case of pilot error....

Here's one for a pic that had the following dimensions:

93 x 77
5803 bytes

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 4390179 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9 bytes) in /home/www/jetcareers/forums/includes/class_dm_user.php on line 1883

sorry Stan. We know what the problem is ( i had the same thing happen on Pilotfamilies not but a few weeks ago) and since doug can't get to it, i'll fix it tonight after work!
