Doug,

This is just a suggestion. I've found myself spending alot of time lately researching various members to find out where they work. Then I forget and have to do it all over again (I need write down a list).

I'm not a stalker, I just get fustrated when someone says:

"my regional is rumored to start hiring soon"
"its not like that where I work"
"all of our jobs arn't as nice as yours seggmpengtrain"

then I have to click on that users profile, and since their employer is never listed there I have to click on "find threads started by user" and look though their posts untill i can figure it out!!

I understand some people might not want that info displayed by their screenname for privacy reasons, but if it's an option at least some people might and it will help alot with that networking/free flow of career advice thing you got going on here!
