Default Re: Networking thread

This is a minor issue, but it bugs me everytime someone adds their name and home airport to the "Jetcareers.com Networking with you" thread.

Eagle originally started that thread back in an older version of the software when it was possible to view *all* the posts in a thread on a single page. Thus his instructions:

The problem is that the new version of software does not have an **ALL** button, and you can only view the posts one page at a time. Sorry, but I am not going to go to the effort to search through nine pages of posts just to see if someone is located at an airport I am visiting.

Is there an option in the forum software to view *ALL* posts in a thread on a single page like the old days?

You know, the new software doesn't have that ability but I'll put it on the "to do" for this afternoon.

Steve, not sure if this is a solution to your query, but couldn't you just use the "Search this Thread" drop-down button and type in whatever airport you are looking to visit?

Hmmm....I never noticed that button before! Thanks for the suggestion.

The only problem that I see is that the search doesn't work on 3 letter phrases, only 4 or greater. That means that I can search for and find "KCMH", but "CMH" will come back empty. As long as people input their airports in 4 letter form it will work....
