Ah ha! Missing threads?

Apparently, in the past, when I moved a thread and had an "expiring redirect" where the program would leave a 'redirection post' in the topic which the thread was moved from, sometimes the program would delete the actual post and not the expiring redirect.

vBulletin 3.6.2 will be released in the coming days and will contain a fix for this issue and a number of other bugs found in 3.6.1.

So if you're missing a post, chances are it was probably the above problem. And the patch has been applied as well.

I have no problem with "the feature". Just when they pop up uncommanded when I click on "new posts". For a while, that happened and then Doug made it something you could click on if you wanted it.

since the software is upgraded, it might be something he has to revamp again. Although, that doesn't seem to be happening to me when I click new posts.... Is it still happening DE?

He just needs to add back in the "&exclude=86,87,88" to the New Posts button.....Doug will know.

Eyup. I've got to run a security upgrade on the software soon for some minor issues, and when I get it done, i'll re-modify the code.

The problem with updates is that it normally undoes (is that a word?) any modifications iyou made.
