It was created for vBulletin 3.0.8 but when the software was upgraded to 3.5.0, the "SkyNet Blue" skin wasn't 100% compatible with the software due to a variety of changes. To change your 'skin', go to: 1. User CP 2. Edit Options 3. Find Miscellaneous Options 4. Find Forum Skin 5. Select Default Style 6.
