Default FF won\'t stay logged in/ Smiley

Just switched to Fire Fox and I have to log in everytime I open the site. I used to be auto logged in IE.

What do I need to do to get the auto log in again for Fire Fox?

Also, when I try to use a smiley in the middle of a post... FF tries top put it at the end...

BTW Fire Fox is awsome, besides these issues!

More of a Firefox issue than a JC issue - I really have no idea.

Silly question maybe, but are you checking the little box that says "Remember me on each visit" located right below your password when you login?

If you are checking that box and it still isn't working, take a look under <Tools>, <Options>, click <Privacy> in the left hand column, expand the <Cookies> section and check "Allow sites to set cookies" and Keep Cookies "Until they expire".

Let us know if either of those work....

(As far as the smiley thing, I've been living with the same issue.)

Yep, Been checking the box and Cookies are good...

I guess I'll just have to log in every time... at least I don't have to fill in everything every time... can't have that 3 seconds wasted.

One other thought, is your shortcut taking you to the login page or directly to the forums? The link that I use goes to: http://jetcareers.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?Cat=
and I stay logged in every time I come back.

Might also double check in the <Tools><Options><Privacy><Coo kies> section to verify that Jetcareers is not listed under *Exceptions*.

Also, I do not have the box for "for the originating website only" checked. Not sure if that would cause the problem or not, but might be worth a try.
