Hello All,
I'm a former FlightSafety grad now at Spirit Airlines. I have a 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath available for rent at the Villas of Indian River off of 7th Place.
The unit has a newly renovated kitchen, bath, laminate floors, and paint. It also has it's own washer/dryer, diswasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. It's located 5-10mins drive from the airport, beach, and mall.
The rent is 650/month, which is very competitive since this apartment is newly renovated. I am also willing to sign a flexible lease as I know some students will only be there for a shorter period. PM me and I can email you photos.
