|  Cool Beachside Pad in Vero
I am currently finishing up step two at FSI..after today its on to the multi!!! Anyway..I have a cool place two blocks from south beach, 10 min from FSI... it is sweet, however my girlfriend is going crazy because apparently it is hard to keep clean(?) (white tile floors). I am not going to fight it, I am here to fly, so she picks out the next place and someone gets to score a Two bedroom one bath, duplex, great area, with some furniture thrown in...$850...my lease runs till Nov. if you want to take it over...
