Hello, I am currently working on completing my CFI and took my ADX about 6 weeks ago. I have been set on going to Sheffield because I hear nothing but great things about them. The only issue I have is that I would be away from home for just under one month. This would be hard as I have two young ones. I do want to make sure that I get good training though. I recently heard about AGS and have heard mixed reviews. The AGS program would only be six days long so I would not be gone as long. It also is much cheaper. Any recommendations on which one would be the better to attend would be greatly appreciated.

pilotdc, Have you considered Sheffield's Distance Learning option? That will allow you to do most of the course work from the comfort of your home, and only attend Sheffield for a week. |

I dont think I would qualify for the distant program at sheffields. I do qualify for the 2 weeks at home and 4 weeks down there. I will definitly look back into it though.
