Default FBOs in Massachusetts

Hello everyone,
Please share your suggestions and experiences about FBO in Massachusetts like Horizon Aviation, and Executive Flyers Aviation.
Specifically, insterested in whether they are good for career training or just for PPL. How about cost wise?

Thank you

I go to King Aviation in Mansfield at 1B9 and it is a fabulous place! I looked at Horizon but King was cheaper and had a family atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are some of the best around! The fleet is all new and I love training.

I've been to Executive Flyers. It is a little expensive, but I am used to cheaper prices (see my other post under changing careers). But the nice thing is you can do Acro and the main instructors are top notch.

I'm actually getting a checkout in Beverly next Friday, so I can tell you how the Beverly Flight Center is.

I'd second 1B9. I have only rented from them, but the family atmosphere is true, and they've very down-to-earth and helpful. Great prices for well-maintained airplanes. The instructor I did my checkout with was great, too.

They also keep a list of pilots who are looking to split time, which is a definite cost-saver in the long run.

Check out East Coast Aero Club in Bedford, MA. Really nice place with plenty of airplanes (Cessnas and Pipers), top notch maintenance, and even insurance that covers the renter.
