Default Aviator Inc. Anyone been there???

I'm looking into flight schools and I found Aviator Inc. in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Has anyone been there and if so, what was your experience??? They're claiming a month for my PPL with a price tag of approx $6500 and 3 months for their Pro Course for approx $45k. They do offer a $4k refund if you stay for 6 months as a paid instructor. Is this a good program, or should I keep looking??? This is the website link: http://www.aribenaviator.com/

I was originally looking at ATP, but I've ruled them out all together. Please note that I have nothing against ATP. I've just heard too many stories of bad experiences there, and with a price tag of $68k (minimum) for 0-hour to RJ ready, I just can't justify the risk. Not to mention that I just didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling on the phone with them.

Thanks!

I personally have never heard of them. If I were you I would ask them for the names of some former students and then call them and ask those students for the names of some of the students they knew while training there. That will usually give you a pretty good idea.

This doesn't really belong in another flight schools forum.

There are many posts here about Ari Ben if you use the search function.

Search around for Ari Ben and you'll find post a plenty. From what I've heard the time frames you mentioned earlier are not possible. This due to the number of students mainly. I've also heard that you need to be very proactive about getting your training done there. I don't think that's a bad thing though...

A few things to keep in mind.

Never set a price in stone in your mind. Things happen and sometimes the price goes up or it takes you more time. In the case of Ari-Ben more then likely it will be more then 45K.

Never set a time table set in stone, things happen.

Go to a school in an area you like.

Don't let the little things get in your way.

If you have a family (wife and/or kids) have them move with you.

Don't give all the money up front and don't sign a one sided contract.

If you want more Ari-Ben info send me a PM.

PM me if you want factual information. I was a former student, then instructor. I instructed there for a year, so I know what goes on there.
