Are there any places to obtain advanced training outside of the Chicago area in Northern Illinois?? Does the Rockford Airport offer any training??

I live in Rockford, and have done all of my flying with Poplar Grove, IL (C77)

www.poplargroveairmotive.com

J3 Cub, Cessna 140, a few 152s and 172s, then a Piper PA28R-200 for the advanced stuff. Highly recommend them, fair prices, and good instructors.

Thanks for the information. Poplar Grove sounds good. I'm hoping to do my PPL at Freeport Airport as it is closest to me. I don't know how much advanced training they have available beyond that though.
