Default Help with training decisions

hello everyone,
I need help deciding on which school to attend. Basically i am looking for a school in Arizona, Florida, or Cali (would consider other locations if found something to fit my needs) I have searched all over the internet and found a few places. My only problem is financing. I have applied to several different financial institutions and the only one that will work with me and give me the money i need is Wachovia. So does anyone know of any good training schools that use Wachovia for financing? Sallie Mae is terrible. I applied for a $70,000 loan and they counter offered with $5,000 (what good will that do me? nada) I have no one to co sign for me so really i can only use what i can get. I know ATP and Ari Ben use Wachovia, but other than that i am kind of lost. If anyone could help point me in the direction of "Wachovia friendly" schools, i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
