|  Refund Request I enrolled in Regional Airline Academy's Professional Pilot Program for their Arizona campus for $85K back in Feb. 2005. It turned out that I could not go and Key Bank had already reimbursed my first dispersement of $21,250 to RAA directly, school said they will refund the money back to the bank. I trusted them until I received a letter in Nov 2006 from Key Bank wanting to start repayments on my loan since I was not enrolled and new loan with interest was $25K. I immediately tried contacting the school but I received nothing but run around from the school for close to year. Now I am stuck paying on the loan to save my credit. I did sign a contract for the professional pilot program but I never started my training with RAA. I do have all my documents requesting the refund back in 2005. Does anybody have any idea how I can collect my refund? Please help! |

| Re: Refund Request For that kind of money, I'd be talking to a good Lawyer. It doesn't cost that much to get them to write a letter for you. You might also check with the state Attorney Generals office. Bill
