Airben flight time

I’m a private pilot looking to get all the rest of my ratings. I have pretty much narrowed it down to ATP or Air Ben. I wanted to know what others thought of Air Ben? Also, if any of that time is safety pilot and how much? Any other comments, experiences suggestions would also be helpful about either flight school. Or if there are any other recommended fast paced flight schools out there.
