|  Pro Pilot Pkg at my FBO
Hey guys I was wondering what you all thought of this pkg. http://www.ansonair.com/propilot.htm Im amost done with my PPL and am trying to figure out how to go to the next step. Is is worth the money etc? |

Dunno about them at all, but some quick math says you're getting the whole package for $117 per flight hour, which isn't too bad, really. The pro pilot course says subtract around 7K if you have your PPL, and they list 256 hours of flight time.

Even comes with a David Clark H10-13.4 headset. I've never seen that in course offerings. Not bad.

Looks like a good program but do me a favor and beware the price and times quoted. If you look at the bottom paragraph it states that basically any further time needed will be charged at the normal per hour basis. This is where things can get pricey. I would say plan on at least a 25 percent increase in cost. That brings you to about 50K. Could be a great program, but just a heads up on the cost thing....
