What ever happened to the Flying Turkey? Is he a captain yet?

I'm right here! Still flying but not for an airline. I left Piedmont Airlines a few months ago. It turns out airline life wasn't for me. Combine that with a few other reasons like pay, family, and a poor real estate market in South Florida and I decided to go back to my old job. 4X the pay, a pension, savings plan, and home in my own bed every night feels great!

WOW so all that stuff at PAIFA and you are back to your old job???? Guess comutting out of FL with everyother pilot, working max duty day on min pay and not being home every night is tough. I am glad everything worked out for you in the end.
