I was wondering as of late what the current length of the pro course has been taking students. I know there are varibales that play into this but I didnt know if there was a general or average time that it has been taking as of late. Second I was wondering how hard/easy it is to find a place to finance the training there.... I saw you have a load of banks on the website that can "offer" some sort of loan for the training and was wondering which is the most popular, best rate etc. Last but not least, is the policy still upon completing the pro course you are typically given two students to see how well you can manage them before being an official flight instructor with Ariben or has that changed? All in all I hear good things, still like the price, and looks like things are going great down there so its becomming the 1st choice on my list. Still have a couple others out there but I am narrowing my visit list as next May comes I'll be going some where after I gradaute college..... Thanks for the help in advance.... |

Hi....well I can tell you that lately for people like me who started near the beginning of the year that we have several people in my shoes who are finishing in about 6-8 months, I'm going to be about a week over 6 months if things work out at this point and that includes all of the lost time over that period. Some people decide to work some or just don't come down here planning to work themselves like crazy to get done, so I don't know how you factor them into the whole scenario. The ease of finding someplace that will loan you money comes down to your credit score to a great degree, having a co-signed will obviously help your chances if you don't have the absolute best credit and make your rate a bit lower as well. I don't know if you would get two right away, depends on how many students need instructors right then, I guess I'll find out in a few weeks how quickly my numbers add up!
