Does anyone know if aviator hires people who do not go through the prof. pilot program? Ie, if you finish up down there with your Instr. ratings, and do some timebuilding, would they consider hiring you as an instructor?

If they really need the instructors he will hire them for sure. But there are usually enough from the Professional Pilot program to go around...good luck.

it has happened in the past but you will not be promised a job. if they need instructors at the time and mike likes you then your probably in but thats a big if. the other thing is he usually requires 200 hours of ME before you can instruct in the twin.
