Time Building Pricing Confusion

I was just looking through the different programs on the website and something confused me. If you complete the Pro Pilot course, you can do an additional 300 hours of time building for $20,749. But, the 100 hour time building course is $6500. So why not just spread the payment out an buy three of those sequentially, and have the total cost be $19,500? I must be missing something.

The state of Florida found another way to suck the life out of another viable business.

The $20,749 price includes state taxes. The $6,500 does not include state taxes.
