Default INstructor/Plane Availability

How does Aviator work in terms of scheduling and daily activities. Ie. how do you schedule a plane and instructor or are you assinged an instructor when you get there, and then of course how often do you fly, weather permitting, as well as how available are the aircraft on a daily basis. Thanks.

You are assigned an instructor when you get to the school. You need to coordinate with your instructor and share with him your availability to fly. He then schedules an airplane.

I fly everyday. With the ocassional day off on the weekend to study. I have only had 1 weathered flight and I've flown over 20 times so far, but I'm sure the weather is on its way.

You can't just go into the school one day and say "I wan't to fly today, let's get an airplane" - That will not happen. The airplanes are always flying. You need to schedule ahead of time which your instructor will do. I haven't had a maintenence delay on an aircraft yet, but I'm flying the single which aren't flown as much as the Duchess. You will fly and you will get what you pay for. So far, I'm enjoying my experience here and I'm learning a boatload.

Visit before you commit.
