Default New Thread

Just starting a new thread because I'm sick of the "New Info on Sierra" thread was started almost a year ago and have drifted many times off the origional topic.

Perhaps we can start posting new topics on new threads so to better organise our conversations. Just an idea.

The reason for the change is to spread the flight schedule out and the make training faster. What is going on is, students whom do not get to fly on friday for example, due to some reason are not flying until monday. Three days off, add that over 5 or 6 times and your training will delayed 15 to 20 days. So do that over, 4 rating and your get 3 or 4 months. I believe that PANAM, FSI and Comair do a 7 day a week thing and that seems to work. Plus most instructors have 6 to 7 students, so Sierra is growing. Eventually they will go back to the 7 day a week thing. And hiring more AMP's is just a fix not a solution. I do not know the solution I just do what I am told.
