Default Aviation Seminars

For all you that surf through the Pan Am forums looking for some "direction", Pan Am is offering free seminars to all who are interested. Here is the link to our website w/ the days and times. If you are considering a career in this industry this a simple way to figure out how to get the ball rolling.

If you are at Jetcareers looking for "direction", don't expect to go to one of these seminars to find it. It's a sales pitch designed to sell you on PanAm.....period. If you're interested in info on PanAm, go to the seminar, but go with an open mind on what it is and what they are selling. If you want an impartial view of the good and bad of different training programs, keep surfing this site and ask questions to those who have already done these programs....not the marketing department.

That is very good advice. In fact, if you are interested in what is on the agenda at one of these seminars (it is not a secret) just click on the link.
We have been doing these seminars for some time now, and the only reason I posted the link is to give people another avenue to gather information.

On another note... DE727UPS would you ever consider sitting through one of the seminars? I would be very interested in your opinion of the content. If you get a chance, take a look on the upcoming cities and if you are ever in that neighborhood feel free to RSVP, and then share your thoughts right here after you sit through it. What do you think?

I won't be attending one in the near future...didn't see Guadalajara or Spokane on the list. Thanks for the invite, though. If I ever were to go to one of those deals, I sure wouldn't tell anyone important ahead of time. It's more fun to be a spy. Did that once for the Central Washington U program and it was pretty entertaining.

Your honest interest in my opinion, though, and lack of calling me names from my usual, blunt, straight up, post, seperates this forum from the DCA forum. I'd be accused of trying to antagonize you had I said this over there....

I think it would be AWESOME if you "spy'd" on one of these seminars. I would be VERY interested in what a person w/ your background/experience would say about how Pan Am promote's the school. As of late, I think the "powers that be" have come to the realization that they have lost touch w/ the "customer", aka le' student, and are putting MUCH time and effort into getting back to the principles that make a business successfull... valueing their customers.

Anyway, if I ever hear of a seminar happening in Guadalajara I will drop you a line!!
