It is hard to believe, but I am just one flight away from being completely done w/ my "student training" at Pan Am. It has taken me just under 13 months to get everything completed. I could have done it in 12 if I hadn't screwed around w/ my CFI stuff back in June!! Anyway, my MEI checkride is Saturday morning, so many-o cold one will be thrown back Saturday night!!! Look out!!!! LC |

Good job, keep working hard. Is there a waiting period for you to start instructing or not really because of the demand. What's the latest with instructors getting jobs with the regionals at Pan Am? And how many hours needed? chuck91 |

Well, things are definitely looking up for those waiting for students. Two instructors were just hired w/ around 600 total hours and about 100 multi. There is about a two month wait for those of us that have just finished, but if this hiring trend continues and/or gets better, that wait could disappear in a hurry!!! Either way, I am kind of looking forward to a short break. I can sure use it! LC |

It was either Chicago or Express Jet. I am not 100% sure...
