Default question bout 200 hour multi program

I apologize if this has been asked and answered somewhere in this forum already, now for my question, in the Ari-Ben 200 hour multi program ( http://www.aribenaviator.com/training/200multi.html ) how much of that time is dual received, and how much is instrument and so on, if anyone has completed this program and could give some feedback as well as an hours breakdown on it that'd be great!

Thanks,
Ryan

Here is a quick run down of the 200 hour program. You fly 80 hours dual and get the multi private and instrument rating during that time. Then 100 hours of time building with another student. After time building is done, 20 hours dual is used for the commercial and instructor ratings. Then there are a few hours in a 172 for the single engine commercial and instructor addon ratings.
