So my 3rd grader has been learning about body parts and their functions (i.e. the birds and the bees)....He's watching a movie and there are some cute babies in the show.
He says, "Man I wish I had a baby brother".
What does he say next...... (as my wife and I are sitting here....)
"Dad, Come on. I want a baby brother. Can't you guys have sex one more time..."?
That's a great story. Hopefully you'll be able to bring it up at dinner the first time he brings a girl home.
My 4 year old informed me yesterday that 1 squid + 1 egg = 1 baby. I almost drove off the road laughing. Previously they were refered to as "magic fish".

So in following up my conversation with my 3rd grader, he asks about why we can't have out cats (one girl, one boy) make baby kitties. "Well, Son...we can't because Bandit was fixed". son: "You mean Bandit doesn't have any balls...." Well, kind of.... Here comes the punch line......
"Well, then why can't you and mommy still have babies...You got fixed and still have your balls....." I almost fell out of my chair.....
