Default Mitchell's first flight

My wife took my son on his first flight to see her family last week. She asked the pilot if he would hold him and let her take their picture. Everybody was really cool to her. He slept the whole flight though.

That is WAY cool!

Haley's first flight was when she was 4 months old... The FA gave her a "First Flight Certificate" signed by her and the Captain with the Flight Number, Destination, and aircraft type on it. It was very cool.

US Airways Flight 1479
Portland ME to Pittsburg PA
June 20,2002
737-300

That being said... A photo with the Captain... Dude, that's priceless!

Good lookin' kid!

Either that was really early in the morning or pretty late because of the circuit breaker/external power config!

You REALLY can't enjoy movies involving airplanes, can you?

Fandango is an 80's movie. I don't remember seeing it when it came out, but I saw it for the first time right after 9/11 at our buddy Mark's house in STL after we drove back from the Reno Air Races that never happened.

There's some REALLY funny flying/airplane/aviation scenes in it. A must-see for airplane people.
