In-laws, Real estate & Open heart surgery

We got back late (and I mean late) from a week at the in-laws. We scouted out some neighborhoods (in preparation for a possible move because of the lovely slashing of our pay & predicted increase in our property taxes). It was nice to see the family & get a feel for the type of neighborhood & house we'd be looking at. Yesterday father-in-law had a heart exam (I forget the technical term for the exact procedure they did) but they found several blockages in his arteries. He will be going in for quintupal (yes, that 5) bypass surgery very soon.

What a week. It's good to be home.

I know what you mean about taxes. Ours are hurting us.

Regarding your father-in-law, my father-in-law had the same operation about 14 years ago and all's well with him.
