Default Re: Housing?

Peachtree City kills me it's so boring. I lived there for a month and ran as quick as I could out of there. So now I commute about 45 to 50 minutes to Falcon Field in Peachtree City from Midtown Atlanta. And I'm a thousand times happier, even though I do not like to drive 40 miles each way every day. It's worth the trade off though (of course you could also train at PDK which is only 15 minutes from me, but I have not made that switch yet although I may in a couple weeks once I do my multi-add on since PDK location will give me valuable experience I can't get at KFFC since PDK is so busy and towered too).

My one bedroom is $955 a month and is in an amazing property with cyber cafe, pool, garage, club house, pool table, gas BBQs, etc. Check it out here: http://www.gables.com/gablesliving/c...CommunityId=64

The silly thing is, I pay all that for a one bedroom, but can transfer to a 2 bed 2 bath for a payment around $1,200 to $1,500 a month. So if that's an option lets talk. If I found a good roommate, I am certainly looking to upgrade to a 2 bed 2 bath. I'll be around for awhile since I'll probably look into flying corporate, which means I'll be a flight instructor very soon and be there for at least a year or so teaching.

PM me if you want to contact me.

PS - If you are looking for a place only in Peachtree City. Look at Camden Apartments. Less than 10 minutes away in Peachtree City. Decent rent rates (I paid like $700 or so for a real nice 1 bedroom there). And if you go nuts in a town that has absolutely nothing to do besides drive a golf cart around, they allow you to leave anytime if you only pay a one month penalty on your lease. So great deal if you move out since their lease is not exactly a lease since they let you out of it so easy.
