| Old Skool | I've been looking into many flight schools and recently had learned some about Falcon. But when looking at the website there are no quotes of prices, so I'm curious if any one knows what is a rough estimate for someone to go from 0-Professional Pilot? Is Falcon Cheaper then the rest of of the same quality? Also what are the Flight Instructors compensated and how hard is it to get on as a flight instructor? Along with that what about the atmosphere and people? Last but not least the all important duration and multi times most end with? Anyone who can help I'd greatly appreciate. |

Before I answer your questions please check the website address...either of the following will work www.falconaviationacademy.com www.faa-air.com Approx. cost for zero time to Professional Pilot is going to cost 44k-46k depending on the need for housing or not. As for quality...you can't ask for better training. Falcon Aviation Academy take the time with every student to fully prepare them for each and every stage of the process whether it is the first stage of Private Pilot or your CFI checkride. Falcon is not a school which advertises programs that rush you through a program...you will be more prepared for the checkride than any other flight school to the point where you will find the checkride challenging but not difficult. Falcon is top notch when it comes to quality due to the FAA approved 141 training they provide. They also have the best location in the area...close to several major airports yet far enough away from KATL that the Class B does not interfere with everyday training. For the Flight Instructors...they are paid a hourly rate which is taken only from time that they are with a student. The best way to get hired as a FI is to go through the CFI training program with Falcon. Upon completion of the CFI training and passing a background check, each student will be hired immediately...NO WAITING LIST You do not have to complete a program with Falcon to get hired however those that do go through the program will have hiring priority since they prefer to employee those in which they have trained. Atmosphere....friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable staff will take your every concern to heart and make sure you are completly satisfied with every phase of your training. Your full program can be completed in a little as 180 days depending on your commitment and scheduling status...the more days a week you train the faster you will complete the program. Please feel free to contact me about ANY other questions that you may have as well as to clarify the multi question you mentioned in your post. I will be sure to get any answer you need to help you make your flight training decision Spencer spencer@falconaviationacademy.com |

Please see the PM that I have sent you with this info on the CFI training. One note of caution...I have been hearing a rumor of a possible rate increase due to...what else...fuel costs. All programs will be affected in some way. If anyone interested in us as a flight school would like to lock in their rates, they must do so before before the increase (I don't know when this will occur). |
