I turn 26 this month and I am concerned I will not have enough time to land this job. At this point I am thinking about enrolling into the local CTI program. I have been reading thru the posts, but have not figured out the steps and timing following the ACT-SAT test. I applied for PUBNAT8. I was invited to take the ACT-SAT test and received an 89.1. What happens next, how long does it take and what are the following steps? I have read about FOL - What is FOL? And Geo Prefs - what are Geo Prefs? Is an Interview next? Are you notified if you do not get accepted? I would like to understand the steps and timing all the way thru getting an ATC job.

Also, I was curious as to how many people take the test, and how many people make it to each of the next steps.

Seeing as how there is such a long wait and so many different people at different stages through the process complain about how long the wait is I was curious.

If any of you were actually in a spot to make changes to help this process, what would you change and why? Trying for specifics here.
