Default American pilots flying in Peru?

Does anybody have any information on American pilots flying in Peru?

My wife (a Peruvian national) has contacted STAR Peru airlines, and they basically said to send them a resume. But I was hoping for more detailed information - like hour requirements, etc. Are there any other Peruvian airlines/charter outfits/etc that hire Americans?

I am low time, but with a Peruvian wife figured I have at least a small chance. We're interested in living there for several years and seeing how it goes.

I would be interested in some info as well. I was born in Peru and have a peruvian passport. My parents are American, I just happened to be born there.

Job market sucks here.
