while at ERAU, can you complete licsences there up to Commercial-Multi or ATP? And complete your CFI?

It is possible to complete your commercial single and multi and also do your CFI & II while at Riddle. You may have to say for a few summer terms in order to do it but it is possible. I had my private before I started there and then got my Instrument, Commercial, and Multi-engine licenses there. Then went back home and completed my CFI and II in about 1 month. (where as riddle takes around 8 months to do both on average). But to answer your question it is possible to get all those licenses at Riddle. Hope that helps!

P.S. To my knowledge you can't go as far as the ATP checkride while you are enrolled there because of hour requirements.
