Default Alumni E-mail...

Any other alumni get the "your signature is worth $4,000" e-mail? I guess if a new stud wants to attend, they get one of our signatures and it's worth a 1K/year grant or something...now you'll only have $136K in debt after you're done, I guess.

Oh well. I wonder how much Riddle run-around would be associated with this to prove it's an alum's signature.

The poor kid would probably have to take the signature into Admin, then be told "that has to be approved by financial aid first", then walk to financial aid and be told "that has to be approved by admin first", and so on...

At least it would be a good insight into what the rest of his college career will be like at that place.

Yeah I see what you're saying. That's why I left the DAB campus for the extended campus... FAAAAAR less money with just a slightly different major. Aeronautical science (DAB) Professional Aeronautics (EC).

Guess what...college internships can be set up by yourself, as long as you are in any college. Riddle was in the process of setting up an internship with AA when I was there (read: did not have an internship)...I went out and met people at AA (used to be my dream company) and set up my own internship.

You do not need the Riddle name to get ahead in this industry. And if you want the debt to follow you around, more power to you. I will tell you that Riddle is more of a joke in the industry now than a serious college. I keep having to defend me being from Riddle out here in the real world. I just tell them it was when it was a real college, not just a money trap, and that the flight dept. sucks and then people leave you alone. Sorry to burst your bubble, but that is the truth.

Proud Riddle alum??!

Oh and thanks for bringing back a very old thread. I had forgotten about this one.
