If I go to ERAU, I'll have my PPL before hand and I'll probably want to start building multi-time. I know I will need this for the airlines so I was wondering if ERAU will let you get checked out in them then rent them. Also, is there any other place I would rent a ME plane? How much per/hr are ERAU's compared to other places?

well riddle won't let you rent the seminoles. they will let you rent the 172s but only when they are available so that means early in the morning. But now riddle is changing over to a 142 program and you get your private single then private multi so you do build more multi time under the 142 program than the 141 problem. you can build time else where. I recently got my MEI and paid about 150/hr for an old riddle seminole up in ormond beach. PM me if you want more info. I think you can find a duchess at DAB for like 135 but i paid the extra 15 an hour to fly the seminole since i was familiar with it.

Thanks. I was also looking into UND. What ME planes do they have? My CFI right now flew the Dutchess out of Fort Pierce for $70/hr or something like that.

You can rent the seminoles at ERAU, but the instructor must be present. I'm not sure if they charge the dual given rate though. I don't believe so, but i could be mistaken, it wouldn't surprise me at riddle.
