One of the new and young CFI's at my FBO only been there for a few months. was recently hired by AE with 650 TT, he came streight from ERAU. I do not know if it has anything to do with his "networking", perhaps, his internships with ERAU programs, or the schools name. but Just to let you guys know. Riddle has a deal with American Eagle for minimum requirments--a Riddle grad with a 3.5GPA or higher that has 600hrs total time will get an interview.
