Default Considering ERAU: Daytona Beach Campus

Hello everyone,

This is my first post on jetcareers.com.
I am a 17-year old high school senior in St. Louis, Missouri.
I currently have approx. 40 hours in a Cessna 172, including a few solo hours. I should have my license by winter.

I visited ERAU's Daytona Beach campus in late May, and I was pretty impressed. It is a nice campus, newer facilities, and good familiar C172s. I was not very fond of the older dorms, and I didn't have the chance to see the new Student Village.

ERAU is my first choice at this point for my education. I would definately enter the Aviation Business Administration degree program, with flight training.

My high-school career GPA is hovering around 2.9 - 3.4. I took the ACT for the first time in June, and I got a 25.

If anyone has any input on ERAU from a student's viewpoint, I would really appreciate it. I would also like to know of any other good universities that you've considered.

If there are any other high school seniors that may go to ERAU in the fall of 2003, please introduce yourself! I'm always happy to make new friends that love aviation as much as I do!!

Thanks for your help!
