Most folks you'll be in OKC with have never even heard of JC or StuckMic. Maybe about a quarter of my class had even read either of them, and there's only two others I know of that posted here at all.

I'm wondering if the class you're referring to is the Dec 4th one? I have seen a handful of people on here with that Enroute Basics date, myself included. Would make sense, since the start date is on a Friday and I imagine class will not begin until the 7th. I might be wrong, but that is how is plays out in my tiny brain.

Also, I think I read on here a while back that they give you another shot to take the ATSAT that first day. I was wondering if there was any truth to that. Sort of want to see if I got lucky the first time, or if the prep material I used really did work.

I have been thinking this exact thing, but I also wonder if these forums (JC/SM) have grown substantially in the last year. Weren't you part of PUBNAT 1? Maybe not as popular then as it is now.

I always thought it was funny how people made lists when the emails start coming out with no knowledge of non-posters/readers.

I'll be with you on Dec 7th! Got an email from my HR person telling me that I had the date and telling me I had to refresh my drug test. She said that once the get the new results I'll get my FOL! I'm ZDC by the way!

PUBNAT2 actually. Many people find out about it when they're in OKC, but I'm still not sure how many people knew about these sites before they got there. I know Isola Bella was really pumping up StuckMic and vice versa. I'm sure the popularity is probably a little higher but I'd doubt that more than 30% of the folks at the Academy have read, much less are active, on either site.

. Just signed up because I heard this is the place to find roomates, places to stay etc.... I'm headed to ZBW(Boston Center). Where is everybody staying?
