yea im stayin at corportate housing or whatever its called. its a little pricer than the others, but i don't want to be at some place that's old and worn down for 3 months. i think i got the last one bed, or at least thats what they told me

just found out myself looking to find a place to stay now.
Just to make sure to get the full per diem I just need a reciept or a lease right. I'm trying to find a cheap place off of craigslist to stay at.

That is correct, all you need is a receipt showing that you paid. If you are renting a room from an individual, you will ne to provide them with the name, address, and phone number of the person you are staying with.

So just to clarify, we have: bloomer, edward?, avi8torgirl?, bushidomatt, PRSATC, tefpetti, menglish1, pmatc, and myself (typer922)? That's not bad, 9 out of around 30ish. That's 1/4 of the whole class just on these boards. Anyone else?

The '?' is for those that just said they had a tentative and never confirmed a FOL.

The Meridian Louie's, Southside Louie's, and South OKC Hooters are all real close to the academy. My fiance is actually a bartender at Louie's and just opened the Southside Louie's store a month ago. I'm going to the OU-Cinci game Saturday afternoon but might be able to make a meet & greet that night.

Meridian Louies. It's the closest to the FAA housing and just a straight shot out the main gate of the academy.

Emerson Biggins is also a real close sportsbar that might be showing the UFC fight. Lots of students go there after the night shift when theyre on nights that week. It's the closest to the academy and is bigger; I just can't confirm they'll be buying the fight.

The only place I could find is the Extended Stay America-OK City Airport location ($44 per day for 30 days). I plan on staying there for a month while I wait for apts to become available.
