|  Flight Instructing at DCA
Hello, I am planning on attending DCA, and would hopefully be getting my CFI/CFII/MEI and jet transition course through them. My only concern is this...How many students actually get hired by DCA to instruct? What are some of the factors that determine if you get hired or not? To me the whole reason of doing this program is to get hired as a CFI and get an interview with a regional. If I dont get hired by DCA im kinda back where I am at now, only with a CFI Rating.
