Does anyone know what the average enrollment/grad/hire percentages are?

when i talked to the recruiter he didn't give me an enrollment percentage...but he did tell me that 95% of the grads get hired on the delta connection carriers...this is where i did the research...how could delta be hiring all these pilots when nobody else is...there program is based like this...in order to get the interview...you have to be excepted into there cfi time building program...this is where they weed everyone out...i heard they pay very little...flying usually around 8 hours a day...dispatching late for night flights and early the next morning...so assuming you make it to the cfi program...there are many more trials to go through to see if you make it...so you guess...95% of what 3 people that make it into the cfi phase...after hearing all of that...i still wanna go...good luck Seth |
