Default Uniforms...?

I just have to ask, what is up with the uniforms. I see you guys with these uniforms and I just have to laugh. What the heck is the deal with the epaulets(sp?) with no strips? are they like mall security guards taking flight training or what. some are lucky enough to have one or two or three? did the guys wearing no stripes get last digs on them or something. the first time i saw these guys i was looking for a learjet or something on the ramp, but they were flying a 152. good lord...

Default Re: Uniforms...?

Most flight academies where pilot uniforms. FSI, DCA, and I think Sierra also wears unifroms. The eppulates designate what part of their training they're in. No strip is for the private group, one stripe is for instrument, two for commercial, and three is for multi-CFII.
